1.Where does www.sofiaman.ro deliver?
Our products will be shipped worldwide.
2.What are the shipping charges?
The shipping charges are not reimbursed for returns.
3.What must you consider for the deliveries outside EU?
For the deliveries outside EU, it may arise additional costs, like custom duties or import taxes. These are paid by the client on receipt of the package.
4.Who is delivering the order?
In Romania, the order will be sent with GLS, Urgent Cargus or Fan Courier.
Worldwide, our logistic partner is DHL.
5.How long will it take to deliver the order?
For Romania - the order will be dispatched in maximum 3 working days and it will be delivered in 24/48 h (excepting the weekends and legal hollidays). For the orders placed after 14:00, the dispatch time will be counted from the next working day.
For EU - the order will be dispatched in 1-2 days and it will be delivered in 2-6 days (excepting the weekends and legal hollidays)
For the rest of the world - the order will be dispatched in 1-2 days and it will be delivered in 5-10 days (excepting the weekends and legal hollidays)
Please note that at busy times (during holidays or at sale time, like Black Friday, Summer or Winter Sale, or any other sale campaign) longer delivery times may occur up to another 6 working days.
6.How can I track the order?
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a dispatch confirmation and information for tracking your order. Please note that we can only provide the tracking information as provided by our local delivery partners.
7.The order can be shipped to a different address?
Yes, you have the possibility of entering a different shipping address during the order process.
8.What should I do if I have not received my package within the stated delivery times?
If you have not received your order within the stated delivery times, please contact our online customer service so that we can follow-up with our logistics partner. Send an e-mail to email@example.com
Return and exchange
If you are not satisfied with the products, you can return them in 30 days from the date of the receipt in their original packing, without damages or used, together with the return form. We do not accept the return of the products with cash on delivery. The value of the returned product will be paid by bank transfer in maximum 15 days.
If you want the change of a product with another size or color, send the product to us and we will send the new one, within the available stock.
Please note that the underwear is not subject to return or exchange.
