1. How can I find a certain product in the online store?
In order to find a product, please use the SEARCH option found in the upper corner of the web page. Fill in the request and if the information is in the site, a list with the compatible results will be displayed.
2. What if I want the delivery of my order to be made at another address that the one specified in my client account?
During the order process, you will have the option to fill a new delivery address, unchecking My delivery and billing addresses are the same.
3. How can I exchange or return a product bought online?
You have maximum 30 day counting from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods. You can exchange the product with one of different size or colour, or you can ask for a refund (the products must be in perfect condition and must have the original labels). 4.When will I get my refund?
The refunding will be made in maximum 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving of the goods, through bank transfer. We do not accept sending of the products with cash on delivery.
5. The sent order is incorrect or deteriorated. What should I do?
If you receive a product with defects or a different product from the one you ordered, we will refund the equivalent of the product value and the cost of the transportation, as soon as we receive the product back in our warehouse and verify its condition.
6. I wish to buy products out of stock. What should I do?
